The Iraqi Center for Researches and Studies (ICRS)
The center is a scientific, developmental, and non-profit NGO which is independent from any religious or political party or side. The ICRS is a Think-Tank organization undertakes the issues of researches and studies within its divisions aiming to have impacts upon the public policies to be compliant with the public interests of the Iraqi people by accomplishing the state of law and institutions notion so that we can have comprehensive humane and civilized renaissance.
The center's principles of working
The center starts from a set of principles, they are:
1. The human has the right in education.
2. The human has the right to have a free thought.
3. The human has the right in disagreement and showing his opinion.
4. The reliance on critic method as an introduction for advancement.
5. Competition is a legal right in leading the work towards rising the quantitatively and qualitatively.
